Creation and integration of the PDF Wizard Webflow site

PDF Wizard is a SaaS tool that allows you to convert, edit, and organize PDF files intuitively, online, and without mandatory registration. To support its international launch, we designed a Webflow site that is clear, fast, multilingual and entirely conversion-oriented. This project was part of a strong product logic: to enhance the effectiveness of the tool, while laying the foundations of a marketing strategy that is scalable, localized and controllable independently.

background

In a market where the majority of players rely on aging or overloaded interfaces, PDF Wizard wanted to offer an alternative that was simple, accessible and focused on the user experience. The mission: to create a product showcase that inspires confidence, that converts quickly, and that is technically capable of supporting deployment in several countries. The site also had to integrate perfectly with the app in production, with a close exchange with the internal technical team. Finally, it was essential to ensure a stable and maintainable Webflow architecture, on which marketing could rely without depending on developers.

Issues

The main challenge was to build a fluid, multilingual Webflow interface designed for performance, while ensuring perfect consistency between the product (the app) and the marketing site. It was not only a question of presenting functionalities, but of guiding the visitor towards use, while respecting high standards in SEO, accessibility and speed. The ability to integrate 10 languages without duplicating efforts or breaking the global UX was also a strategic challenge, both technically and organizationally.

Solution

First, we designed a simple and powerful interface, with a reassuring tone and an optimized content hierarchy to quickly turn visitors into active users. Each section of the site has been designed to streamline the user journey, while highlighting the differentiating benefits of PDF Wizard.

The integration on Webflow has been structured as a component first, allowing the marketing team to duplicate, modify or extend the pages without touching the technical base.

We activated Webflow Localization with 10 locals, by configuring hreflang, localized sitemaps, and dedicated slugs. All content has been centralized to facilitate future management.

Finally, we worked directly with the PDF Wizard technical team to connect the site's CTAs to the app, while respecting the authentication logic, dynamic redirections, and product settings specific to each language. The integration was done without breaking UX, to guarantee maximum fluidity between marketing site and application interface.

Results

The new PDF Wizard site offers a fast, consistent, international browsing experience, and above all: usage-oriented. All targeted markets have a localized version of the site, perfectly aligned with local SEO expectations and user behaviors specific to each country. The site now serves as a central hub for acquisition campaigns, while integrating frictionlessly into the product. The internal team is completely autonomous in editing, updating and adding new languages if necessary. The Webflow framework delivered is stable, modular, and ready for rapid iteration.
