Redesign of the Permifast Webflow site

Permifast is an application that simplifies the connection between future drivers and partner driving schools, with a clear promise: book your code or license in a few clicks, at the right price and close to home. Faced with growing online competition, the brand needed a site that converted better, inspired trust, and ranked higher in search results. We intervened on the complete redesign of the webdesign, theoptimization of the conversion journey, and the direct collaboration with the SEO team to lay lasting foundations of visibility and performance.

Permifast already had a functional product, a user base, and a good network of partner driving schools. However, the site did not reflect the simplicity of the experience offered, nor the positioning of the brand. The conversion funnel lacked clarity, the key messages were scattered, and technical and editorial SEO were not yet activated to their full potential. The ambition was therefore to completely redesign the site to make it more efficient, more credible, and more readable, while co-building the SEO foundations to attract qualified traffic.

Issues

The main challenge of this redesign was to transform the site into a real growth engine. It was necessary to simplify reading, reduce the points of friction in the user journey, and build an interface that gave credibility to both the application, the partner driving schools and the reservation system. The challenge lay in the ability to balance modern design, fast navigation, and an SEO-friendly structure. The work should also allow for a gradual rise in content (local, thematic, blog) without having to redo the architecture with each evolution.

Solution

We redesigned the web design from A to Z, with a new system of components that was more readable, more accessible, and more efficient. The graphic universe has been refined to strengthen trust, while remaining dynamic and in line with a young target. The user journey has been redesigned to maximize conversion, with a particular focus on the home page, local landing pages and contact pages. Each section has been designed as a CRO lever: clear promise from the hero, social proof, optimized mobile compatibility, and visible CTAs without being intrusive.

The Webflow integration was done in component first to allow quick combinations (local SEO, targeted campaigns, A/B tests). Throughout the project, we collaborated closely with the SEO team to set up an architecture compatible with positioning objectives: clean Hn structure, unique meta tags, coherent slugs, internal networking, integration of editorial sections ready to scale.

The site is now designed as a support for organic growth as well as a lever for immediate conversion.

Results

Permifast now benefits from a modern Webflow site, fast, optimized for conversion and technically ready for SEO. The conversion rate increased from the first weeks thanks to better readability, a simplified tunnel and clearer messages. The marketing team now has a completely modular site, capable of supporting SEA campaigns and organic development through local pages or editorial content. The CRO x SEO collaboration made it possible to perfectly align business needs with technical requirements, while maintaining a smooth user experience.
