Creation of the Mon Pro Chez Moi Webflow site

Mon Pro Chez Moi is an innovative platform that facilitates the connection between individuals and local artisans, throughout France. To support its launch, we designed a powerful Webflow site, with a clear and reassuring design, intuitive navigation and a SEO structure designed for large-scale local acquisition. The objective: to generate a maximum of qualified requests for quotes from the first visit, while offering a smooth and professional experience.

background

In a sector where trust plays a key role, the site needed to reflect the seriousness of the service, while quickly guiding the user to action. Mon Pro Chez Moi is aimed at a broad target audience, often unfamiliar with online platforms, but waiting for simplicity, speed and responsiveness. The initial site lacked optimization, with an unclear message, forms that were not very visible and a technical structure that was not very compatible with a territorial SEO strategy. The mission was therefore to rethink the global experience, both in design and in performance, to create a real conversion tool.

Issues

One of the main challenges was to Clarifying the value proposition from the first seconds, by reassuring the user and by naturally leading him to file a request. This required an accessible but professional design, a clear content hierarchy, and an optimized conversion process, especially on mobile. The second challenge: structure the site for local SEO, with the possibility of creating optimized pages for each profession (plumber, electrician, roofer...) and each targeted city or region, without generating duplication or burdening the technical architecture. Finally, the site had to be able to evolve quickly without technical dependence, to support campaigns and commercial adjustments.

Solution

We designed a tailor-made, clean and direct web design, with an accessible tone and a reassuring interface. Each page was built according to a conversion-first logic: clear promise, visible benefits, social proof, simple pictograms, and forms strategically placed throughout the scroll. The Webflow integration was designed in Component-first, to make it possible to duplicate page structures and speed up the launch of new geographical areas.

On the SEO side, we have set up a clean and scalable technical structure : hierarchical Hn markup, localized slugs, meta tags customized by city and business, CMS content ready to host dozens of local pages. The internal mesh and the depth of the pages have been optimized to maximize the crawl. The technical performance of the site (loading time, responsive, accessibility) has also been taken care of to offer an irreproachable UX, regardless of the terminal used. Finally, all forms are designed to maximize conversion, with visible CTAs, minimized steps and constant reinsurance.

Results

The new Mon Pro Chez Moi site has become a real acquisition engine for the platform. The conversion rate increased significantly in the first weeks thanks to a clear, mobile-first and persuasive interface. The team now has a stable, modular and scalable Webflow tool, which allows it to quickly deploy pages targeted by business or city, while maintaining brand consistency. The SEO base put in place allows a gradual rise in local SERPs, with a well-structured network and a healthy technical base. The site is ready to support the growth of the platform throughout the country.
