Reecall is a SaaS solution that specializes in automating and optimizing customer reminders for businesses. In a market where performance and credibility are key, their website needed to reflect the power of their technology while maximizing conversion. We accompanied Reecall in the complete redesign of their website under Webflow, with a double objective: to improve the conversion rate and to lay solid SEO foundations to support their acquisition.

Reecall already had a powerful product and an active customer base, but their site did not reflect the real value of the product or its technological positioning. The discourse was too generic, the user journey lacked clarity and the SEO structure was not exploited to its full potential. In a competitive SaaS sector, the site must simultaneously convince quickly, reassure technical reliability and guide you to take a demo or register. The challenge was therefore to transform the site into a real acquisition lever and no longer a simple window.

Issues

The redesign had to respond to several strategic issues. It was necessary to clarify the value proposition from the first seconds, structure a discourse oriented towards benefits rather than functionalities, and optimize each section for conversion. The site also had to be redesigned in a structured SEO logic, with an architecture ready to accommodate editorial content, business pages or landing pages dedicated to campaigns. Finally, the team needed to be able to manage evolutions without depending on an external developer, thanks to a modular and scalable Webflow base.

Solution

We redesigned Reecall's webdesign with an emphasis on readability, information hierarchy and a clear user journey. The design is clean, product-oriented, with sections structured to highlight concrete benefits, use cases and reinsurance elements.

The integration was carried out on a component first basis under Webflow, guaranteeing rapid scalability and simplified maintenance. Each block is duplicable and optimized for responsiveness, with particular attention paid to mobile performance.
